I haven't received my video export, what should I do?

When you have finished editing a video, you can click on 'export my video' to receive your video with embedded subtitles.

The average processing time for a video is approximately 5 minutes. You will receive a notification by email when your video is ready. It is not necessary to keep the Capte application page open.

It's been 20 minutes, and you haven't received your video? No worries! Contact us through the purple chat bubble, and we will send you your video as soon as possible.
