How to recover deleted subtitles?
Your subtitles may be deleted in the editor due to incorrect manipulation.
However, you can restore the last minor changes using these shortcuts:
On Windows: CTRL+Z
On Mac: Command+Z
You can also use the "undo" button like this:

However, if the last automatic save does not allow you to recover the subtitles, you will need to re-import the video to get a new transcription and start the editing process again.
