When you have an ongoing subscription and want to cancel or pause it for a while, simply go to your profile at the top right of your space here (the displayed letters will be the first two of your name):

Then click on 'My Account.'

Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page to:

Follow the on-screen instructions to choose between pausing and fully canceling your account.

Good to know: If you pause your account, you won't lose all the videos you've worked on and can find them again when you return.

The first thing to do is to make sure that the video format is compatible with Capte. List of recommended formats: MP4, MOV. To find out the format of a video, simply right-click on it and view the information.
Recommended size for the video Do not exceed 1GB ideally. You can add videos up to 1 hour in length!
To retrieve a video, you can first download it from platforms like YouTube with this method.
Drag and drop in the explorer or click on "add a video."
Select the video and click "Open."
Wait for the video to be loaded and processed.

What do I do in that case?

Sometimes, at the end of a transcription on Capte, you may want to hide the last line or make the very end disappear. This could be because the last line contains a conclusion about the video that you don't want, or the automatic transcription added a line by mistake.

What to do in this case?

You need to add an empty subtitle with the "Enter" key and configure the time code (the numbers next to the line) so that the line appears when the previous subtitle should no longer be displayed on the screen.
