I can't see my video, what should I do?
Sometimes you may be able to add your video, but it does not appear correctly in the editor.
However, you can play it on your computer using VLC, Windows Media Player, or your favourite media player.
There are several possible reasons for this:
Your video is encoded in H265/HEVC.
Your video is corrupted.
First, you can try changing your browser and using Chrome to upload your video.
If using Chrome does not solve the problem, the codec may be specific to your operating system.
You will then need to use a Mac to view the video in Capte.
