How to import a video into Capte?

• The first thing to do is to make sure that the video format is compatible with Capte.

List of recommended formats: MP4, MOV.

To find out the format of a video, simply right-click on it and view the information.

• Recommended size for the video

Do not exceed 1GB ideally.

You can add videos up to 1 hour in length!

• To retrieve a video, you can first download it from platforms like YouTube with this method.

• Drag and drop in the explorer or click on "add a video."

• Select the video and click "Open."

• Wait for the video to be loaded and processed.

What to do in case of import error?

• Unsupported formats: convert the video online or with the free software Handbrake.

• Unknown error: contact Capte support.
