How to import a video into Capte ?
The first thing you should do is make sure that the video format is compatible with Capte.
Recommended formats: MP4, MOV.
To check the format of a video, simply right-click on it and view the information.
- Recommended video size:
Ideally, no larger than 1 GB.
You can add videos up to 1 hour long!
- To recover a video, you can first download it from platforms such as YouTube using this method.
- Drag and drop the file into your browser or click on ‘add a video’.
- Select the video and click ‘Open’.
- Wait while the video is uploaded and processed.
What to do in case of an import error?
- Unsupported formats: convert the video online or with the free Handbrake software.
- Unknown error: contact Capte support.
