How to adjust or set the length and duration of a subtitle ?

Capte works like a text editor such as Word.

Simply skip a line to create a new subtitle line.

As with your editor, simply pressing the Enter key on your keyboard will return to the line and create the subtitle line.

The end of the subtitle is calculated automatically. However, if you wish to adjust the length of your subtitle, you can adjust the time of the empty line of the following subtitle.

Example:

00:05.20 - My name is Caroline

00:06.25 -

00:07.40 - My name is Jean

As line 00:06.25 is empty, this means that the first line, ‘My name is Caroline’, will play from 00:05.20 to 00:06.25.
