How do I stop or cancel my subscription?

Here is a video tutorial to show you how to cancel your current subscription.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of your account (the letters displayed will be the first two letters of your name).
2. Then click on “My Account”. You can also access this page here: https://app.getcapte.com/my-account.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Cancel subscription”
4. Then click on ‘Unsubscribe’;
5. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the screen until your current subscription is completely cancelled.
